Ditching fake tan is the latest trend popping up on social media.
Irish celebrities like Roz Purcell and Angela Scanlon have praised the change, saying they're "more confident now than ever".
However, a dermatologist says there's no need to be afraid of fake tan, if you take care of your skin properly.
Professor Nikki Ralph explains how:
"The new fake tans often have hyaluronic acid in it, which moisturizes your skin. If you're acne prone and you put it on your face, which you know a lot of teenagers would, it almost highlights the blemishes, but it's not doing any harm. I mean, obviously, just not over exfoliating your skin where you're trying to rub it off too harshly, because that can just cause some damage, like you could break little blood vessels on your face if you do that."
