One of Ireland's oldest shopping centres is up for sale.
Douglas Village Shopping centre is now on the market with a guide price of €21m
The Centre opened in Douglas in 1971, and was rebuilt in 2007 at a cost of €80m.
The fire at the centre in 2019 caused a reported €30m worth of damage, reopening in late 2020.
Tesco, Marks and Spencer and TK Maxx are the anchor tenants for the centre, which has 40 units and 1,000 parking spaces.
