The number of people receiving the Pandemic Unemployment Payment has fallen below 100,000 for the first time.
There's been a drop of 4-thousand-340 on last week, to 97,000 -130,000.
The Department of Social Protection is paying out €25,000,000 this week, bringing the total paid since the start of the pandemic to €8.8 billion.
