Dublin Airport say they will consider updating their travel advice in the coming week.
Passengers are currently being advised to arrive 3 and a half hours ahead of their flight, to make allowances for delays.
However, it's been revealed that queue times have shortened significantly today, due to an increase in staff.
The DAA'S Graeme McQueen says they've made a conscious effort to have the situation rectified by Easter:
"We made a decision as a company that we wanted to make sure that nobody missed a flight; that's been our number one aim. That's why going into the busy Easter period, we maintained the three and a half hours Passenger Advice. That's working well so far, this weekend. We'll sit down, very early next week, and look at that with our airline partners, to see if we can reduce that any further. Hopefully we'll be able to do that soon".
