The Implementing Cancer Thriving and Surviving Report outlines a self-management programme to help them achieve their best possible health outcome.
It supports all cancer survivors with their post-treatment recovery.
Participants can attend weekly workshops over a 6-week period.
It supports them as they finish their treatment and transition to survivorship and it's free to all cancer patients regardless of where they live.
