Crews have been restoring power to homes impacted by thunderstorms yesterday evening and this morning.
However, ESB Networks say none of the outages have been particularly disruptive.
The largest power failure was in Castlecomer in Kilkenny where 5,000 customers lost power at 5am this morning, with power restored by 6.30am.
Meanwhile, an Orange thunderstorm warning now applies to Munster and counties Wexford, Carlow, Kilkenny, Laois, Offaly, Kildare, Wicklow and Dublin.
It is effective until 10pm tonight.
Met Éireann Forecaster Brandon Creagh says conditions yesterday were not as bad as forecast:
"The amounts of rainfall and hail and other damaging effects were slightly less than with fear for for the most part, though, there were some heavy downpours with up to 20 mls recorded in some stations in just an hour. So, it was quite sporadic with with some areas holding dry and others receiving high amounts of rainfall."
