Financial compensation for the victims of the Kerry mental health scandal is being finalised.
Mental Health Minister, Mary Butler, says the scheme's at an advanced stage and final amendments are being made.
A review found failings in the care of 240 children in south Kerry CAMHS - and Minster Butler has said they'll all get compensation.
Kerry TD Michael Healy-Rae says the compensation scheme should be completed by now:
"The many parents that I am dealing with have been very trusting of the HSE and of the Department. But now, they're getting worried because there seems to be no clear timeframe for the delivery of the compensation which they are more than entitled to to help take care of the future health and wellbeing of their children".
