Flights are getting back to normal this morning after as many as 40 thousand passengers were disrupted following strike action by French air traffic controllers over the bank Holiday weekend.
Ryanair cancelled 220 flights.
It said the impact of the ongoing strikes by French airport ATC staff were completely unacceptable.
Editor of Air and Travel magazine, Eoghan Corry, is warning that further disruption could be expected over the summer.
"Everything will be pretty much running as normal, including flights over France. Some knock on will come for connecting flights.
"The big question is - what happens next? We've seen 13 days of this action, and they will be meeting this morning to decide on the next ones."
