The former Debenhams building in Cork city centre has gone on sale.
The Building, which had been occupied by Roches Stores for almost a century before being leased to Debenhams in 2006, has gone on the market with a guide price of €20m according to the Irish Times.
The building dates back to 1922, and has been sitting vacant since April of 2020 when Debenhams closed their Irish stores.
The former Debenhams building on Henry street in Dublin has also gone on the market with an asking price of €55m.
