There are fresh calls to defer raising toll charges even further.
They're set to rise again early next year after a hike last month.
But the Junior Transport Minister has indicated the Government will consider deferring another increase.
Eugene Drennan from the Irish Road Haulage Association says it would be the right call:
"We pay a lot of very high taxes already in the fuel we put in. It is a necessity for the supply chain of Ireland in our case. When a toll like this comes, carte blanche, it brings the huge cost, and people will eventually have to avoid them. The poor people have to avoid them, the wealthy can afford it".
