Crime and Security Editor with the Irish Times Conor Lally says Gardaí are very keen to speak with a new person of interest linked to the case:
"They want to speak to him about where he was last Wednesday afternoon, rather than any information that, you know, he would have about anybody else. So he himself is, I mean, I'm not sure we can call him a suspect at this point or whether he will actually become a suspect, but he's a person of interest and Gardaí are very keen to speak to him."
