Gardaí are appealing for witnesses following the death of a man in a car accident in Louth.
The crash happened between two cars at 5am this morning on the N33 at Richardstown.
The man who died was in his twenties and was in the passenger seat of one of the cars.
The driver and sole occupant of the other car involved, a woman in her twenties, was taken to the Mater Hospital in Dublin, where she is currently in a critical condition.
