Gardai in Dublin City Centre are investigating after a woman was attacked in broad daylight yesterday

The woman in her 50s was assaulted at St Stephen's Green shortly after 4pm.

She was taken to St James' Hospital for treatment.

Investigations are ongoing and no arrests have yet been made.
