Gardaí investigating a seizure of €130,000 in Castlemartyr have discovered €88,000 in cash in Dublin. The latest seizure took place in Tallaght at around 8:30pm last night.
Two men in their 30s were arrested in the East Cork town in connection with the seizure of €100,000 of cannabis and €30,000 in cash on Tuesday.
They remain in custody today.
Meanwhile, Gardaí have also seized €22,000 of cannabis plants and herb during a search of a house in Union Hall yesterday.
No arrests have been made however Gardaí say they are following a definite line of enquiry.
