Young workers are unable to deal with criticism and expect their roster to fit around their social lives.
Those are among the complaints employers have made about Generation Z to the HR Buddy.
However managers also need to make more of an effort in understanding the 'zoomers'.
That’s according to Damien McCarthy, Chief Executive of the HR consultancy firm:
"Generation Z are going to be different than other generations. and are the most highly educated generation we've ever produced in this country. I think where the problem lies is with employers and people managers not understanding this and not fitting their training and communications in the workplace."
