The Dáil is expected to hear the motion on Justice Woulfe's position this week

The motion will be heard on Wednesday or Thursday.

Seán Defoe has this report for RedFM News:

'While many TDs believe that Mr Justice Seamus Woulfe's position as a Supreme Court judge is untenable - there's a wide acceptance that there's nothing the Oireachtas can do about it. People Before Profit and RISE will put down a motion of impeachment in him this week - likely on Wednesday or Thursday. They believe his attendance at the Golfgate dinner is a sacking offence and will try to convince other TDs to support them. But Taoiseach Micheál Martin has confirmed the government still believes the Oireachtas should play no further role in the dispute in the courts - and will vote against the motion effectively killing it. Other opposition parties may do the same - with the likes of the Social Democrats saying while Justice Woulfe showed poor judgement, attending a dinner at a time of restrictions doesn't meet the very high bar for impeachment.'
