Hauliers plan to hold up traffic in Dublin again next week.
The Irish Truckers & Haulage Association Against Fuel Prices says it expects Monday's mass protest to be even bigger.
In a post of Facebook, the group says the demonstration will last more than 24 hours and that farmers will be joining in.
Hundreds of trucks brought the capital to a standstill last month over rising fuel prices.
