ICS Mortgages say it's reduced rates could see first-time buyers save thousands of euro.
The lender is cutting their rates by .5% from Monday, with fixed interest rates starting from 1.95%.
Commercial Officers with the group Ray McMahon says favourable conditions on the international market has made borrowing easier.
"We borrow money in international capital markets, and we've been doing this for some time now.
"Our investors have shown a lot of confidence in our ability to run our business well.
"Those market conditions are such that we can pass on the savings to the consumer."
