There's increasing concern over the continually rising costs of the new National Children's Hospital.
The National Paediatric Hospital Development Board believes it will have to pay €54 million, as part of "inflation payments" to BAM.
It was initially intended to cost €800 million but is now expected to cost at least €1.7 billion.
David Cullinane, Sinn Féin's health spokesman, says it's still unclear what the final costs will be.
"Because of the type of contract that was put in place at thebegginning, taxpayers are now paying the price.
"Everybody wants to see the National Children's Hospital built and finished and open, because it will be a game changer for children's service.
"However we shouldn't have had this saga, delays and cost overruns in the project."
