Legislation allowing for exhumations at the sites of former Mother and Baby homes will go before Cabinet this morning.
The draft Institutional Burials Bill is being brought forward by Children's Minister Roderic O'Gorman.
Once approved by Ministers, the details will be shared with survivor and campaign groups, before being published.
Spokesperson for the Tuam Mother and Baby Survivor Group, Breda Murphy, says they're worried about the contents of the Bill.
"The one big glaringly obvious omission that the Minister has conveyed to us on a number of occasions, is the appointment of an agency, and the disapplication of the coroner.
"This would be a terrible injustice, really, to those who have waited so long to get their loved ones back, and to get the story, more particularly, of what may have happened."
