Ireland has seen the biggest growth in the EU towards remote working.
In 2019, just 7% of Ireland's workforce worked from home.
The figure had risen to 25% following Covid in 2022,
John McCartney, researcher with Paribas Real Estate says employee patterns are changing in the workplace.
"Most of them for the statistics are coming in two or three days a week.
"They're coming in for meetings, and for collaborations, they do what they have to do to interact with their teams.
"Then they take the stuff they can do at home, and they do that in private in their own homes.
"That seems to be the model that we are gravitating towards."
