It's unclear how many Irish customers have been affected by a Ryanair ban over refunds.
The airline is barring passengers who it says received "unlawful" refunds for flights they didn't avail of during the pandemic, until they give the money back.
Aviation expert, Eoghan Corry, says it relates to people who requested "chargebacks" on their credit cards.
"Ryanair have argued that when Government advice, and it was advice it wasn't an instruction all of last summer not to travel, and people chose not to travel, and the plane took off - they were not liable for a refund.
"What some people did was get a refund off the credit card company."
