President Higgins has been paying tribute to the former Ireland manager
Tributes have been paid to the 85-year-old who passed away at his home in England last night, after a battle with lymphoma and dementia.
The former Republic of Ireland manager led the country's football team to the 1988 European Championships as well as two World Cups in the 90s.
