The jury in the Ashling Murphy murder trial has been sent home for the day.
Mr Justice Tony Hunt told the jury of nine men and three women he was "hopeful" and optimistic they would be in a position to resume proceedings tomorrow.
33-year-old Jozef Puska, of Lynally Grove, Mucklagh, Co. Offaly has pleaded not guilty to murdering the schoolteacher in Tullamore on January 12th, 2022.
