The legal transfer of St Vincent's Healthcare Group to St Vincent's Holdings has been completed.
The move is the next step in the process of setting up the new National Maternity Hospital.
It will be built on the site owned by the charitable company.
There are concerns about the governance of the hospital because the land is not owned by the State.
