Vincent Cashman from the CSPCA spoke to Neil Prendeville this morning.
He highlight the new rules that have come in where anyone selling anything over 5 animals such as rabbits, dogs or cats will have to register with the Department of Agriculture. He says all Facebook pages and puppy farms will be operating illegally if they don't register. He's hoping this should put an end to illegal animal sales.
