A man charged with the murder of 23-year-old Ashling Murphy is due to appear in court again this morning.
Slovakian Jozef Puska appeared before a special sitting of Tullamore District Court last week, and was remanded in custody.
The 31-year-old's accused of murdering the school teacher in Co Offaly earlier this month.
He has an address in Lynally Grove, Mucklagh, Co Offaly.
