A man has been charged with the assault and robbery of Alan Bourke in Limerick.
He appeared before Ennis District Court today.

"38-year old Michael Casey, of Cathedral Place, Limerick, appeared in court today charged with the assault of 48-year-old Alan Bourke on April 15th.
Mr Burke, of St Mary's Park, Limerick, was found seriously injured on the forecourt outside Colbert train station on Parnell Street in Limerick - he later died in hospital.
Mr Casey is also charged with robbing cans of alcohol and a bike from Mr Bourke on the same date.
Solicitor for Mr Casey, Daragh McCarthy, told Judge Mary Cashin that there would be no application for bail.
There was consent to Mr Casey being remanded in custody to appear via video-link at Limerick District Court on Tuesday, April 26th.
Legal aid was granted."
