A man has appeared in court charged with the murder of his partner in Meath on Saturday.
33 year old Andrei Dobra, who was living in Riverwalk Court in Ratoath, was charged with the murder of 30 year old Ioana Mihaela Pacala, who was living at the same address.
The accused is originally from Romania but has been living in Ireland for seven years.
He is due to appear in court again on Thursday via videolink and has been remanded in custody at Cloverhill prison.
