Heavy wain in the West is being predicted by Met Éireann, it's issued a yellow weather warning.
That comes into effect at midday and will be in place for the next 24 hours in Galway, Kerry, and Clare.
Met Éireann says the sun will make a welcome return by the end of the week, leading to mostly dry and settled conditions.
