Most people don't report sexual harassment at work, according to a study by the Dublin Rape Crisis Centre.
Fears they would lose their job or be left without a reference were some of the reasons for not making a formal complaint.
While others said the harassment was passed off as "banter".
Noeline Blackwell, CEO of the DRCC, says they're setting up a working group to try to tackle the problem:
"We think other stakeholders in the field, be they employer representatives, employee representatives might come up with some better ways that we could actually get the better systems in place in Ireland, which would mean that the abuse could stop and that the workplace would generally have a better culture."
