One in three workers have never set foot in their office according to a new survey.
Research carried out ahead of the Talent Summit next week in Dublin shows the result of high job-switching and remote working in recent years.
Sigmar Recruitment commissioned the poll and has told the Irish Times having too many staff working remotely full time can lead to issues.
It says there's not enough data on employee welfare and isolation in these situations, as this level of off site work has never been so common.
