High profile retailers North Face and Dune are to open new stores on Patrick Street.
The city's main street saw a number of stores close during Covid 19 but the street now appears to be experiencing a turn around.
The Irish Examiner reports that the well-known outdoor brand North Face is set to open at No. 39 Patrick Street in October, while just next door at No. 38 upmarket footwear chain Dune is to open a new store.
Eason is also due to move from it's current premises to the nearby former Monsoon premises next week, with Flannel set to move into the former Eason store.
It's also been reported that Debenhams, which closed during the pandemic with the loss of over 300 jobs, has just been put on the market with a €20 million price tag.
