One man is continuing to fight for his life in St James’ Hospital in Dublin, three days after he was injured in an explosion in County Donegal.
Ten people were killed in the disaster in Creeslough, including two teenagers and a five year old girl.
The first of the funerals for those killed will be held on Tuesday when Martin McGill who was 49 will be laid to rest.
48 year old James O’Flaherty’s funeral will take place on Wednesday while the funeral arrangements of the other victims are yet to be announced.
Sinn Fein Donegal TD Padraig MacLochlainn says locals in the county want to support the bereaved families.
"The immediate challenge in the week ahead is being there for the families, being there for the community, that's all we're focussed on right now.
"Obviously we have the funerals in the days ahead, people have had their lives torn apart and we just need to focus on that for the next week."
