Plans to clampdown on short-term lettings and Air BnB rentals have been delayed by at least three months.
It's among a number of housing targets missed this year, according to the Irish Independent.
Others include the compulsory purchase of a number of vacant properties, that were set to be refurbished and sold on as homes.
That plan isn't likely to be implemented until April of 2023, despite having an initial target of 2021.
