Long queues are forming at Dublin Airport again this morning.
It comes after 50,000 people spent hours queuing outside and inside both terminal buildings yesterday.
Check in, bag drop and security were blamed for the delays with many people missing their flights.
Junior Transport Minister Hildegarde Naughton is meeting the DAA Chief Executive this morning to discuss the crisis.
Seanad Leader Regina Doherty says the communication from the DAA has also been lacking.
"I think first of all communications in any crisis is key, and the communications from the DAA is less than adequate, and that's before we even get to the service.
"They're telling people to arrive early, then they're blaming people for coming early for the lengthy queues outside of the airport before they even get inside.
"They're telling people to contact the airlines directly themselves if they miss flights, then the latest thing is that they would say they would pay for the fligths.
"Nobody wants their flights reimbursed - they want their holidays."
