Reduced public transport fares for younger people look set to be expanded.
The half-price fares for under 24's were introduced earlier this year for Irish Rail, Luas, Bus Eireann, Go-Ahead and Dublin Bus services.
That's to be expanded to include private bus operators with the Irish Independent saying a formal announcement will be made by the NTA later today.
