Ryanair will pay refunds within five days to passengers entitled to them.
The airline's moved to streamline the process, after 'learning lessons' from the millions of refunds processed during the pandemic.
The company's marketing director Dara Brady says they have made improvements as a result:
"For any customer who is entitled to a refund and selects that as an option, you will be able to have confirmation and access to that in your MyRyanair account within 24 hours. It will be very visible and transparent and within one click that can be withdrawn to the original form of payment and it will be paid within five days."
