Only 35 Housing Assistance Payment properties are available to rent in the country.
That's the finding of today's Simon Communities Locked Out of the Market report it says that's the lowest number ever recorded.
The 35 homes within HAP limits were mainly on the market in Dublin, but outside the capital nine of areas had no properties available.
Simon Communities Head of Policy, Wayne Stanley, says the standard HAP rate is essentially useless at the moment.
