Government plans to reduce hospital waiting lists just haven't worked, according to Sinn Féin.
New figures show over 181,000 people over the age of 65, are on waiting lists for over 18 months
While the numbers from the National Treatment Purchase Fund also show nearly 20,000 children are waiting over a year and a half.
Sinn Fein's health spokesperson, David Cullinane, says not enough is being done to address the issue.
