The chair of RTÉ's board has said she can't give a blanket yes or no as to whether she has confidence in executive management at the broadcaster.
Siún Ní Raghallaigh has also said RTÉ's finances should return to the control of the Comptroller and Auditor General.
Management at the broadcaster are giving evidence before a third Oireachtas Committee hearing this afternoon.
RTÉ released details of additional barter accounts this morning which show tens of thousands of euro spent on client golf trips, fees to a London private members club and €5,000 spent on flip flops for a party.
Chair of the RTÉ board, Siún Ní Raghallaigh, addressed questions about confidence in the executive board in her opening statement:
"For me to provide a blanket yes or no is deeply damaging to each of those individuals and the staff members that report to them. If there is a confidence issue, then there is a due process for that which will be employed as necessary."
