Discussions collapsed earlier this week
The 221 Plus group which represents the women affected by the scandal has pulled out of the discussions with the Government.
It's very disappointed and frustrated over the process and sees no point in continuing.
CervicalCheck Campaigner, Vicky Phelan outlines what they were looking for in the Tribunal:
'Our asks included two key elements and these were that a woman be allowed to return to the tribunal if she got a recurrence of cancer. Particularly in this instance with cervical cancer as we all know, if cervical cancer returns, it's fatal. It is incurable. And all you're doing is buying time, so you know it is a huge issue for women in this particular group.'
