The Minister for Housing Darragh O'Brien has been urged to make public a report into conflicts of interest at An Bord Pleanala, which he's referred to the Director of Public Prosecutions.
A statement from the Minister says it would be inappropriate for him to comment further - and that it's now up to the D.P.P. to decide on whether it can be made public - and whether a criminal prosecution should be undertaken.

Gardai in Co. Kerry have launched an investigation into the discovery of the body of a woman in her 70's at her home outside Killarney.
They're said to be treating the death of the pensioner as 'unexplained'...and are waiting for post mortem results to determine the course of their investigation.
She's been named locally as Miriam Burns, a 75 year old Grandmother and Mother of four.

The funeral takes place later today of a man who died following an assault in Athlone over the weekend.
Paul Connolly died from injuries he sustained in the assault in the early hours of Saturday morning. He'd been on a stag night out.
Two men appeared in court on Sunday charged with violent disorder and assault.

510 private dentists stopped treating medical-card patients in just over two years.
They pulled out of the Dental Treatment Services Scheme, between January 2019 and this March.
Latest figures show there are less than 1,100 dentists on the scheme, which was expanded earlier this year.
