300 New Jobs are on the way for Cork.

Deloitte Ireland have announced that they are to double their workforce on leeside, with the new jobs across all their business lines with the majority of the roles in the newly established Cork based Technology & Analytics Hub.

The roles will be delivered over the next three years.

Research out this morning shows 60% of the population have been affected by the shortage of medicine here over the past 12 months

This comes as the number of medicines out of stock has reached a record high of 289.

Among the drugs out of stock are low dose aspirin, antibiotics, medicine for depression and blood pressure medication.

The Government is under fire from the President as it prepares to hold Consultative Forums this week on Irish Neutrality.

President Michael D Higgins has told the Business Post Ireland is 'playing with fire' and the panels are made up of 'formerly neutral countries who are now joining Nato.'
