Cabinet will sign off on a €352 home retrofitting plan this morning.
It will include Government covering around half the cost of deep retrofitting and up to 80% of smaller projects.

A man in his 30's has been arrested in connection with an assault on a teenage girl in Cork.
It happened at around 1.20 yesterday afternoon when the girl was allegedly attacked and sexually assaulted at Chapel Square near Fermoy town centre.
It's understood two young men heard her screams for help and the attacker fled when they arrived to help.

Defence Minister Simon Coveney has ordered an external investigation into a gathering at an Army barracks during Covid lockdown restrictions.
The event is alleged to have taken place in an outdoor area of McKee barracks in Dublin in June of 2020, when up to 40 Defence Forces personnel gathered for a barbeque.
