A national business group say that Cork is at risk of losing its competitive edge due to the housing crisis.
That's according to IBEC who met with business leaders in Cork today to discuss housing as part of it's ongoing 'Better Lives, Better Business' campaign.
The new housing report proposes measures to speed up the delivery of affordable housing and will aim to reduce the cost of a typical €400,000 new home by €30,000.

The HSE's confirmed that Covid-19 community testing centres are closing from Thursday.
The online self-referral portal for ordering PCR tests will also be closed.
The decision was made following updated public health advice, which states that Covid-19 testing is "no longer recommended for the vast majority of people".
