The first funeral for a victim of the Creeslough explosion will take place this morning, when 24 year old Jessica Gallagher is laid to rest.
It will be followed by the funeral of 49 year old Martin McGill, which will take place later this afternoon.

A third person has been arrested in connection with the death of a man at a funeral in Co. Kerry.
Thomas Dooley died after suffering stab wounds during an attack while he attended a burial at New Rath cemetery in Tralee last Wednesday.
His wife was also injured when she tried to intervene.

The Cabinet will this morning approve the payment dates for social welfare lump sums announced in the budget.
It's part of a €1.2bn package aimed at easing the cost of living for those on welfare.

Government will sign off on plans today for emergency laws in the event of an oil crisis this winter.
A severe squeeze on supply is considered unlikely but Minister Eamon Ryan is looking for priority-drafting of a bill to strengthen the Government's response just in case.
It could include limiting the supply of fuel at the forecourts and the limiting of sale of fuel to people in certain key professions.
