A judicial review has been granted to the DAA over a decision by Fingal County Council to enforce a limit on night-time flights.
The Court also imposed a stay preventing the enforcement notice issued by the Council from being applied.
The Council had directed the airport to limit the number of flights to 65 between 11pm and 7am.

The PSNI themselves made the sensitive material public in what they’re calling a "human error".
