A number of Cork roads are passable after flood waters receded
Around 160 customers are without power in Clonakilty and Cobh this morning, however that number is expected to increase as winds pick up.
Meanwhile, Gardaí at Anglesea Street say the road by the IFI in Cobh is passable with care after a fallen tree was removed, the R666 between Fermoy and Ballyduff is passable with caution and flooding on the Kilbrittain to Bandon road has also receded.
Director of Emergency Management at the Department of Housing, Planning and local Government, Keith Leanord, says local authorities are working hard:
