Three in four workers in Ireland say they've experienced discrimination in some form at work.
That's a 54% increase on last year according to the latest Workplace Equality Survey by Matrix Recruitment.
Ethnic discrimination was found to be one of the most common forms, identified by 30% of respondents.
Breda Dooley from the recruitment firm says 29% of people surveyed said they've experienced sexual harassment, while one in four said they'd been stereotyped because of their gender.
"Nearly 92% of employers served believed that there is still that glass ceiling against women, that men have more opportunities to develop their career compared to a woman."
